• Through third-party platforms such as Booking.com and MakeMyTrip

2. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy

All bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including changes in plans, no-shows, or early check-outs.

3. Check-in / Check-out

• Guests must provide valid identification at check-in
• Standard check-in and check-out timings must be followed

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Maintaining proper conduct during their stay
• Any damage caused to property or belongings
• Following hotel rules and local regulations

5. Liability

Green Heaven Resort is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Delays or issues caused by third-party booking platforms
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

6. Third-Party Services

We may work with:

• Chauhan Nursery (Parent Company)
• Atiuttam (Tourism & Booking Support)

These entities may support branding, tourism services, or booking coordination.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
